Steph Barton (Advisor) - Steph has lived in the village since July 2019 and moved here to enjoy the village life and all that Wellington has to offer. She is a residential property solicitor with over 20 years experience. Her interests include archery, eating out and hill walking. |

Matt Drew (Catering and Refurbishment Advisor) - Matt moved to Wellington in February ‘21 and was drawn to the village because of it’s strong community spirit and accessibility to nature. He’s really keen to see the village pub re-open and trade successfully. Formerly Head of Food & Beverage at the National Trust, and with over 30 years’ experience in hospitality, Matt brings experience of investing in and operating hospitality businesses from hotels and village pubs to cafes, tea rooms, events and staff catering.

Stu McFarlane (Treasurer) – Formerly a local businessman, running the old village shop & post office. A Qualified Youth and Community Worker, Stu works for Herefordshire Council in the Adult s and Communities Directorate. He has lived in village for 23 years and since 1999 has been a Trustee of Wellington Charities. |

Kim Mussan - Kim has lived in Wellington her whole life. Having worked for the Hereford Times, she now works for The Little Princess Trust as Relationship Manager. |

Ros Kearney - Ros has lived in Wellington since 2004, with stints away due to military life. She is now a qualified solicitor mostly working from home. When not working and being a taxi driver for her children, she can be found walking her spaniel and jogging around the village. |

Iain MacLeod - Iain has lived in Wellington since 2014 and is a former Royal Marine and Security Project Manager. His current job is construction manager in the renewable energy sector. His passions are rugby & beer, so is keen to support the local pub. |

Paul Nicholas (Website and Databases) - Gamekeeper turning poacher, Paul probably inspected hundreds if not thousands of pubs and restaurants during his career but now is focussing on helping to re-establish a once successful and thriving business. He also has extensive experience of project management and implementation. A CAMRA member and fan of food and drink, he believes passionately in community involvement, ownership, and leadership of assets such as the pub. |

Marc Willimont (Chair of the group) - Marc has lived in the village for over 30 years. He has had many roles in Herefordshire County Council including planning, regulation and waste management. His daughter Chloe worked at the pub, so he has a good insight into pub operation and management. |
